About me
Communication, change and organizational development are at the heart of my work.
Since 2012, I have supported organizations, associations and initiatives in sharpening their topics, structuring collaboration, building strategic communication and moving change forward in concrete terms.
In online seminars, I teach practical basics on selected topics and tools, such as how to write a press release, identify stakeholders or design effective knowledge transfer. In workshops, we work together on how change processes can be implemented, how collaboration can improve, or how lasting public visibility can be built.
My work is strongly shaped by projects in scientific, cultural and non-profit environments, including in the context of a UNESCO World Heritage site. There I experienced how much commitment, expertise and responsibility exist within initiatives and how quickly that potential can be lost when topics are not clearly structured, roles are not clarified and communication is not handled professionally.
